Passed this complex a couple times while working with a few of my fitness clients who live in the area. The complex itself is well kept, and the area feels comfortable and put together. I had the chance to tour with Bree. She made the walkthrough hilarious and enjoyable. I didn’t feel forced or see her being overly sales driven, which I respect...That alone added some value and convenience for me definitely and I prioritize my health and routine. What I’ve seen from this complex aligns well with a balanced, active lifestyle. Definitely worth applying.

Went in to tour and was greeted warmly by the staff specifically Carla! She was very knowledgeable, explained every fee and took the time to show me different units . I did not feel rushed even though it was closing time . This is definitely what you are looking for in an apt complex . Love the amenities and very quiet community. Great property .

Moving in here was the best decision I could’ve made. Being new to the area, I picked the best possible spot to start in Dallas. Great food and convenience nearby, and the property manager is the best I’ve had the pleasure to experience. Saphire is truly one of a kind and will be the #1 reason I plan to renew as long as she is here. She truly takes care of her residents and works hard to make the property the best it can be!

I just renewed my lease for a second year, and couldn’t be happier. The office staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond and always takes care of any issue efficiently. The community is clean, quiet and well-kept, and the neighbors are great. I truly love living here!
